My stay at this hotel was rather disappointing. While I appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the pleasant staff at check-in, the overall experience fell short due to cleanliness issues and the front desk service which left much to be desired. I've had better stays elsewhere for the price, and I would think twice before returning here.

I booked this place on a road trip back from Key West, and while the motel itself is pretty basic, it was clean and affordable for the area. Staying at Blackfin Resort & Marina was an amazing experience! The atmosphere truly captures the spirit of Marathon, with friendly locals and down-to-earth owners who treat you like family. The private beach is stunning and filled with fascinating sea life. While I did find a couple of roaches in the room, it’s Florida and you can’t expect perfection. The amenities, especially the pool and the restaurant, provided a great time for relaxation and good food, making it an excellent value for the Keys.
